Scouting skills competition is a part of every station as patrols haul their sleds along the Klondike Trail.
It will be culinary skills versus weather conditions as entries are prepared for the BEST SOUP competition.
The Great Race on Sunday morning (conditions permitting) will determine the fastest sled teams in two age divisions.
Both “This is Scouting” and “Youth Protection Training” (for those adults who need to update their records to re-register) will be offered on Saturday. Please see the schedule for times.

Fall Fellowship, Baiting Hollow Scout Camp, Calverton, NY October 1- 2 2011

On the day of October 1st, the Shinnecock Lodge 360 lodge will be holding its annual fall fellowship. The Fall Fellowship is an weekend about brotherhood and fun. There will be many different fun events and games planned by the Fall Fellowship commitee. Some of the events of the Fall Fellowship will include the rifle range, archery range, the climbing tower and many more. During the Fall Fellowship the lodge will hold its annual elections for lodge officer. The positions are Lodge Chief, Lodge Vice-Chief, Lodge Secretary, Lodge Treasurer and Lodge Historian. If you are interest in running for a lodge position you must submit a letter of intent to the Lodge Staff Adviser, Jim Grimaldi before the weekend. Also, if you are under the age of 18 you must submit a letter from your parent/guardian and your scoutmaster in order to be eligible to run.
